They are scamming their customers in cooperation with Cointerra; the way it works is very simple: purchase anything ahead of delivery and they will put the money to manufatoring mining equipment and put it online to mine for themselves without returning anything to their customers; then when customers really start to complain they appologise for "late delivery" but have cashed in the most profitable period for mining with the available equipment for themselves!!!

Very expensive and they spend a fortune on Advertising on alexjones.com show since the begin of summer 2013. And they still have tones of an delivered orders from butterfly labs.

Terrible pricing for the return hash. Waste of time and money.

I just listened to an interview with them on LetsTalkBitcoin an they seem legit, so calling it a scam would go a bit far in my opinion.

The advantage is that you're immediately starting to mine bitcoin without having to fork up huge sums of money to invest and without having to wait for hardware but you're paying about $50-$75 for one Gh/s. To give you some perspective, for a large 400 Gh/s miner at KnC Miners you're paying only $12.49 for one Gh/s.

A well designed site and a good idea as its very useful for those who want to purchase mining contracts instead of having to buy and run the mining hardware.
